Cos he slacked all the time.
Apparently this has decision has been made 2 years ago.
But the school had other pressing concerns to bother about.
But the new instructor(when he or she finally comes in December)will have to cheograph 1 new dance 4 SYF,train the non-SYF ppl 4 the Chinese New Year and Open House performances.
In about...2-4 months.
